I have been running retreats over the years in the West of Ireland but also to Casperia, an ancient town north of Rome with breathtaking natural beauty surrounded by vineyards and forest covered mountains.

Retreat includes Thermal Outdoor Baths,Wild Hot Springs, Day trip to sacred site of Francis of Assisi’s Hermitage and much more. 

I have also been researching Morocco as a winter destination and have identified some suitable venues and designing  itineraries.

The West of Ireland is an enchanting place filled with wonderfully atmospheric towns and villages, long stretches of stunning coastline and soaring sea cliffs, craggy countryside that boasts a uniquely desolate beauty and a vibrant cultural heritage rich in tradition.

These places are ideally located to carry out deep transformative work but also to recharge and sit amongst like minded people to reconnect and take time out from the day to day 

This is a wonderful place for a retreat break whether you wish to rejuvenate yourself, rest or contemplate a major life change. Our weekend retreats cater to small groups and include Reiki Energy Healing,EFT (Tapping), guided meditations,open air Heart Movement Meditation walks in the countryside, beautiful home cooked vegetarian food, visits to Sacred Sites, Fire Ceremonies and ample time for good food, chill outs and chats.
